Our Teaching Department belongs jointly to IPGP and Université Paris-Diderot, and is part of the newly created université de Paris (https://universiteparis2019.fr/en/). Students attend courses and carry out research in these institutions and build their own education and career paths.
The objectives of our Master's program are:
- to offer a modern education which combines observation with modelling
- to showcase the quality, richness and diversity of research conducted within IPGP (160 research professors and researchers, 130 PhD students)
- to provide students with a strong training allowing them to be highly competitive when pursuing their activities in the industrial or academic world (in France or abroad).
We offer an all-English 2nd year curriculum (international master in solid Earth sciences, IMSES), and an all-English 2-year curriculum on the Fundamentals of Remote Sensing (FRS).
